While I love the NU Media Guide (as a 22-year season ticket holder, I have  
about 18 of them), I have learned to separate the objective from the  
subjective.
 
OBJECTIVE
 
Greg Colby was born February 25, 1952 (I'll accept that).
 
SUBJECTIVE
 
"Since coming to Northwestern, the Wildcat defense has seen steady  
improvement under Colby."
 
I am going to wait a bit before endorsing that one...
 
I do not remember the 1995 D-backs playing 7-8 yards off of the opposing  
receivers.
 
PS - If the Athletic Department has writers skilled enough to make some of  
our assistants' accomplishments appear praiseworthy, how come that same  
department can't use those skills to better market our product, attendance-wise  ?
