Just Thinkin"  ...  Why aren't we playing  Wisconsin every year?   I know the 
Big 10 has decreed Purdue and  Illinois as our yearly rivals, but what can be 
done to change this?  How  many great games has each team played against 
other needs to be played to  warrant a yearly game?  
   Let's see.   In the past 19 games, we're 9-10.   Very close.
                     - Attendance vs. Wisky always equals a sell-out or near 
sell out at Dyche.
                     - always a huge purple turn out in Madison, as I 
remember NUMB up there a  numb(er)  of times.
   Could it be that Barry A. doesn't like losing to NU every  other year?  
Not sure if that's it, but on this list we're always looking  for ways to put 
more fannies in the seats; I believe the answer is right there  in front of us; 
and 75 miles northwest.
   Sparty- Would like to simply refer to past games where the  Spartans under 
achieved and NU smacked 'em in the mouth.  I think that last  week's effort 
did more good than the previous 5 weeks;  we proved we could  run without 
Sutton, and Sparty has given up a lot of yards on defense.
   Also, in years past, as the Big 10 season wears on, we have a  tendency to 
play better.  I contribute this to familiarity, as you know our  scouts are 
"out there."
   I am calling for an upset tomorrow, as our Cats will prevent  turnovers 
and deliver a 37-27 win. Pat will have us ready; I can;t believe that  this game 
is as important to MSU as it is to NU.
