Has JoePa ever received a 15 yard penalty (the equivalent of a Technical)
for hounding the refs?  Has he thrown things on the field when he didn't
like a ruling?  Has he ever received an apology from the Big 10 for 
bad officiating?

I'd take 1 Joe Paterno over 10 Bobby Knights any day.
