It would have been tough for Fitz to make changes in his assistants after
being on the job for only a few months at the end of last season, and if he
had someone in mind for the job one would think he must wait for them to be
available.

In any case I hope we'll see some changes in the offseason, but I will
refrain from calling from their heads mid-season (which wouldn't help either
the current team or recruiting efforts).
