You've hit the nail on the head - the players are the people that make the plays
on both defense and offense.

RW used to attract good running backs because he was one. He was truly an
offensive genius, altho he has to share his expert status with Kroemer, Wilson
and Dunbar. Remember that C.J. was Dunbar's guy - he's had to adjust to a
totally different style of coaching and I think he's done it.

But we need that 3 or 4 star QB to commit now - he'll have the O-line to work
behind, but we need the QB and RB for 4 years out this year, and I haven't seen
any of those types talking about NU.

We also could use an ace LB and another big guy up front this year.
