[NU Sports] AD Replacements

With all the talk of AD replacement, would a logical  presumption be that 
Colby is safe for at least one more year?  The fact  that he's had 6 years and 
our defense some how stunk more this year than last  makes me think that while 
his job may be safe in 2008, he better get results, as  in 2008.
   Additionally, how long will the new AD stick with  Carmedy?  
   FWIW:  I'm the one who reported the score as  150-32.  Purely frustration. 
 We need Coble back;  maybe we beat  Brown and DePaul with him, and the 
thrashing we took at Virginia wouldn't seem  so bad. Even with Coble, a sub-.500 
year looks likely.  As I've only been  able to listen, not watch, it seems 
Capocci and Ryan aren't ready for starting  roles.  
   Another thing:  Can b-ball red-shirt players like we do  in football?  If 
so, why don't we try it?  Maybe Coble should  red-shirt this season?  Than 
he'd have all season to take care of his  Mom.  A very noble thing that he's 
doing, that's for sure.
   Any word on how this week's (3) football practices went?   Atleast 6 wins 
got us that.
