[NU Sports] Some Crucial Stats

I read PF's comment on changes/what he'd do different.  There  was no 
endorsement for anyone in particular;  chances are there will be  changes.
   I want to ask a question that I asked a few days ago.   Are we any better 
than the 2-3 we posted the last 5 games in 2006?  (should  have been 3-2, but 
we melted vs. MSU)  One can argue that we had some  crucial injuries;  the 
injury to Sutton is obvious, but what got lost was  the injury to Andrew Brewer.  
He was going to be the guy who stretched the  field.  As potent as our 
offense was, no one was able to run like  Brewer.
   As I stated in my previous post, there's no question that with  Bacher 
we're better than the 2-5 turned in with Kafka and Brewer at  QB.   But with 
losing 3 OL, is it fool-hearty to think we'll be any  better than 6-6?  I thought 
the defense would be awesome this season, and  that certainly didn't happen.
