Every one of these complaints Evanson has about football games would be 
lessened if there were a new stadium on campus.  Evanston also needs to 
smarten up (as they say in Pennsylvania Dutch territory) and realize that 
those games make money for the community regardless of where the stadium 
might be located.  The more people, the more money for Evanston.  Build it, 
and they will come.
