I get the sense, however, that it's the Evanston residents that despise  game 
days, and really really despise night games.  I can't really blame  them, 
they paid huge bucks (and huge taxes) for quiet leafy streets.  I  think that we 
are lucky (?) to get one night game a season, and the way our  state is 
currently 'functioning' (our Governor, Mayor and legislative leaders  seem to 
despise one another, and can barely meet and talk without one or all of  them 
stomping out of the room in a huff), any new lakefill construction would  seem to be 
an impossibility - environmentally and politically.
 
We are going to have to make do with our current stadium, and perhaps 1  
night game a season
