[NU Sports] I see an 8th Bowl spot slipping away...

Dunno about fewer games overall - they have 3 of the 6
this weekend. But yes, fewer NU games.

Probably because of the shuffle to make sure that each
team appears so many times on the BTN each season (I
believe it's at least 3 times and at least 1
conference game?) and we've filled our quota.

I'd like to see them spread out the games time-wise
more, though. I know we can't take the ABC afternoon
slot, but some more evening games besides Minnesota
would be nice. As we've seen at Happy Valley,
Champaign, Madison and Iowa City this year, the Big
Ten atmosphere really comes alive under the lights!

We even saw a little hardball with the OSU-Wisky game
on the BTN. Not as ballsy as the NFL's move to put
Dallas-Green Bay on the NFLN, but still a shot at
cable.

Hey, all I know is that I was able to see every NU
game this year either in person or live on TV. That's
GREAT!
