[NU Sports] Which team are we?

I think McGee has come a long way from the first 6 games of last season, but
he still has a lot to prove - he has to show that he can get the offense to
"finish" both drives and games (as discussed earlier), but given the fact
that he's only been an OC for about 1.5 seasons without much assistance on
the offense in terms of coaching (e.g. no Coach Walker), I would say he's an
up and comer. I don't think he's about to be stolen away - but if he keeps
progressing the way he has been then who knows.
Meanwhile, I completely agree on Colby - over time he's gotten worse, if
anything, although given the fact that he started in 2002 I don't know if it
could get any worse. In any case the D stopped the Iowa running game and
dared them to throw the ball, but then they couldn't cover the receivers at
all.
In any case I think we'll learn a lot this offseason - I think just about
every NU fan has made up their mind that now (well, after the season) is the
time for the coaching staff to be shaken up and for Fitz to put "his guys"
in place.
