Well, I don't know the details, but Stanford gets a
home game from the Evil Empire every two years, and I
believe they do not allow people to buy the ND tickets
as single-game tickets, adding on other games. With
their old 80,000 seat stadium and a lot of Dohmer!
west-coast alums, they get a lot from that.

Sportsmanship and conference ties probably prevent NU
or Indiana or another low-attendance school from doing
that to OSU or UM fans. But if we could get the Irish
up to Evanston ever again, we'd probably look into
that.

It's kind of funny how this little discussion turned
into some huge capitalism debate ... I know I was
simply saying that for me, and only me, the price is
right at that tipping point. No hidden comments on
corporate greed, PSL evils, away fans in our stands,
jacking up rates or anything else, I promise! :)

GO CATS!!!
