The day that college football even suggest seat licences, there will be a 
massive outcry.  Believe me, every representative, state and federal, will 
be deluged with complaints, and they will act.  As to pro seat licenses, 
they, too, should be outlawed, especially given that the community always 
foots at least part of the bill for these outlandish stadiums.  Take the tax 
money from the little guy to build the stadium, but screw him when it comes 
to getting him a ticket.
