[NU Sports] Wow! What A Game!

Although my loathing of tOSU is well-documented in several posts over  the 
years, I went with my head, not my heart, in my Office Pool and picked the  
Bucks to go all the way, and to beat the Gators in the Finals.  Needless to  say, 
I thought my Bracket was busted when they went down 59-50 and then when the  
Musketeers had two foul shots to win it, but the boys from Columbus hung tough  
and earned a very tough victory over a valiant opponent.  Normally, I would  
have been pulling for the "X" men, so my emotions are mixed, to say the  least.
 
To further show how much I have been living on the edge in terms of my  
picks, I also have a lot riding on Va. Tech, as I picked them to come out  of the 
West bracket and make the Final Four, where they lose to  Florida.  So last 
night's thrilling come-from-behind triumph over former  Chief Illinek's boys was 
also exhilirating.
 
I hope that this post will spur some NCAA Hoops talk, as, notwithstanding  
the notable (and long-term) absence of our 'Cats, this is the greatest time of  
the year to be a sports fan.  There is nothing like "March Madness".   It just 
kills me that we never get to experience it first-hand, just  once.:-)
