I don't see any appreciable improvement in NU basketball over the time Carmody has been at NU. The players he recruits for the most part are too frail to compete in the Big Ten. Jitim Young was about the last player that I can think of that would take a charge and compete hard for rebounds. I can't imagine that Carmody will be around much longer without a significant improvement in results.
