Jeff,

Your proposed East-West division looks unbalanced to me.  I think  the East 
is a "beast" and the West far weaker on balance, at least at this point  in 
time.  OSU, Mich., and PSU are "perennial powers", while only ND (and  perhaps 
Wisky) qualify for that label in the West.  Perhaps when JoePa  leaves the 
scene, Penn State will slip, but I doubt it; I think they will go  hard after Greg 
Schiano.
