Earlier on someone posted a comment suggesting that a in any business the supervisor, in this case Murphy, sits down with his employee, in this case Carmody, and agree to some objectives to be achieved in the coming year.  It would  be useful if someone knew what those 2006/07 season objectives were and if they have been achieved.  If not, Carmody should be asked to pack it in. That is the only fair measurement
