I understand what Dennis is trying to say, but I think he took my point 
a bit too literally.  Of course, the kids aren't listening to games on 
XM.  But Iowa and Illinois, for example, have vast radio networks that 
are on AM radio in those states.  People in Iowa and in lower Illinois 
do listen to the radio.  Furthermore, there are sports talk shows 
everywhere.  In Iowa, I imagine that sports talk shows talk about Iowa 
basketball quite a bit.  They talk about Iowa's games.  And, when 
they're talking about Iowa's opponent being Northwestern, the word 
"boring" is highly likely to be a part of the discussion.
