I couldn't believe that Bobby B allowed his guys to take Music History - it’s a
tough course if taught properly.

[FWIW - I never really linked up American and European history until I took the
class - both arenas were totally separated in my mind. But so much music was
written during times of the American and French Revolutions. It still blows my
mind that Europe was so "refined" and we were still living in grass huts.]
