How can the federal government keep ANY employee's salary secret?  Any reporter oughta be able to find out by filing a Freedom of Information Act request...But I wonder, do sports reporters not named Fainaru-Wada (or Abrahamson) know what a FOIA is?

Wonder if that means that the Navy coach is the highest paid federal employee 
in the country ?
