Comcast is also raising my rates "to provide greater enhanced services." This apparently includes more On-Demand content, which I have absolutely no desire for. I realize there are plenty of people in the country who could care less about the BigTen Network and don't want to pay for it. But Comcast loses its moral high ground with its hypocritical stance. Not to mention its craptacular customer service.
