The last I heard, there were still 2 or 3 organizations trying to get
a new bowl game certified by the NCAA, which requires a sponsor and a
TV contract. If the BTN survives, it wouldn't surprse me to see them
'hosting' a bowl game in the future. Hey, that'd be one way for the Big 10
to get more teams to bowl games!
I wonder what conference will be the first to get ALL of their teams
to a bowl game?

Yes, I always enjoy being in a room full of strangers trying to keep me from
watching and listening to the game while sitting on uncomfortable furniture,
and paying high prices for poor quality drinks and even poorer quality
food. (And if the room is also smoke-filled, well, we won't get into that,
because it borders on violating the ban regarding political and religious
content. :wry grin:)
