On the removal Colby - 

I suspect that both knew this was going to happen sooner than later. 

Its been reported that Fitz spent a lot of time the defensive meetings and as a
former defensive coach, I'm sure he questioned Colby a lot one on one also.

If there was a pool going, I'd bet that LB Coach Randy Bates is on the top of
the list to replace Colby.

And - I'd bet we stay with a 4-3 set down the road.
