According to ESPN:

Purdue is in the Motor City Bowl against Central Michigan
Michigan State is in the Champs Sports Bowl against Boston College
Penn State is in the Alamo Bowl against Texas A&M
Indiana is in the Insight Bowl against Oklahoma State
Wisconsin is in the Outback Bowl against Tennessee
Michigan is in the Capital One Bowl against Florida
Illinois is in the Rose Bowl against USC
Ohio State is in the BCS Championship game against LSU

Iowa and Northwestern, though bowl eligible, are both staying home.
