[NU Sports] Insight cable offering BTN -- good news and bad news

I live in Columbus, and my cable operator just announced an agreement with the BTN. It will be available on the basic cable tier in Columbus and Evansville, IN. That's the good news. 

The bad news is that they are only showing the local feed. That means I will have to watch the Cats on tape delay. Does anyone know when the tape delay games will be shown? I can't find a think on the BTN web site.
