I think the operant word in that statement is "offered"

Just because they are "offered" doesn't mean they will accept the chance to
carry additional games on overflow channels. Especially ones featuring two teams
that are nowhere near their coverage area.

Personally, I do not expect to be able to watch any of NU's games this year
unless they're carried nationally. In the past few years I've been able to watch
most games on the web. I do not expect that to be a viable option this year.

One of the largest groups of NU alums lives in the Washington DC area - you can
be sure they'll continue to be fed a constant diet of State Penn and will
continue to drift away from the Cats.
