[NU Sports] Big 10 Network

Has anyone heard what the schedule will be? I figure that it won't be
that difficult to show every conference game live most Saturdays *if* --
and I realize that this is a big if -- they have two 3:30 (Eastern)
games and a night game each week. You simply have a 12:00 ESPN game, a
3:30 ABC game, and games in each of those timeslots on BTN, then a night
game at 8:00 on either ABC or BTN, whichever picks it up.

The team that has their conference off-week, which everyone has filled
with their 12th game, would be the odd man out. I haven't checked to
see how many of those look to be good games. I doubt very many since
they were mostly relatively last-minute fills when the 12th game was
permitted.

If anyone has seen or heard details on kickoff times, I'd love to hear them.

BTW, my wife and I ditched Insight Cable and switched to DirecTV for BTN
and because we got $300 off a new HDTV at Best Buy (Circuit City and
others have the same offer) when you sign up for DirecTV when you buy
the TV. DirecTV also has a deal going where you can get their top
channel lineup free for four months if you buy NFL Sunday Ticket. It
ends up costing about the same as the mid-level channel lineup and you
get football out the wazoo! The only downside is that it's not the HD
version of Sunday Ticket and you have to remember to downgrade your
channel lineup at the end of the offer or you end up having to pay full
price for it.
