Jason:
As a long-time Board Member, I just want to weigh in with support from NYC.? You are right--you have been positive, and have been a good contributor to the pool of information and, frankly, "electronic friendship" (How's that for a made-up phrase?:-)) that we share.?? I have enjoyed your observations for years.? I wouldn't worry about an apology, as it probably wouldn't mean much, considering the source, and, as a former prosecutor (way back in my middle youth), I have my doubts as to the veracity of the allegation by Mr. Pahayokeensis at aol.com that he played at NU.? Anonymous posts don't impress me, and even if he did wear the Purple and White and pads, that doesn't make his opinion more valuable or credible than yours.? Your post was both supportive and humorous, and anyone who didn't comprehend that probably didn't belong in a lecture hall in Evanston anyway, or possibly never received a degree from our Alma Mater.?
In the meantime, I suggest we collectively?keep our fingers crossed that the team stay healthy and focused, so Fitz' boys can "run the table" in the first 3 Non-Conf. games, which is what is sorely needed, considering the degree of difficulty of the?BT opener at the Shoe and the follow-up against the Maize and Blue at Ryan.

And this was the one board where you could hang out and not get flamed [ok
except for a few guys who have disappeared]
I've just taken to ignoring them all.
