According to the Evanston Review, it was a DUI.  Court date is 05/21.

It is unfortunate that he won't be able to play (since the 'Cats need his
experience at center) and since he fought back from academic issues which
saw him removed from the team not too long ago.  He should face the
consequences of his actions, though, and according to department policy
apparently that means an indefinite suspension.
