I think that we have had enough experience with Ivy League coach.  They can't seem to take the next step up.  Thompson is a different story.  He is following his old man's style of having an all black team with a show case white guy sitting on the  bench unless there is a blow out.   He also probably has no academic restrictions.  NU can't win without being able to attract black guys who can also graduate.
