[NU Sports] One Shining Moment

I don't necessarily agree that there are only 3 guys, Kennedy was sort of
fending off Kaplan's attempt to see if he was interested in NU and I don't think
he is.
Depending how he does at Brown, Craig Robinson is a guy with Chicago recruiting
roots and would be a good recruiter here, so is the guy who is at Penn, Glen
Miller, who won the Ivy League fairly easily. Both guys should know how to
attract the smart players, but can the get the guys capable playing at the Big
10 level?
Anyway, the pressure is on BC to produce. At least he has the Hosses coming in
[we hope] to do just that.
But where oh where is that big man?

I will just pipe in and say why only these 3 guys ? With Duke, Vandy and
Stanford all making the dance this year, why can't we ? We have one big
advantage over those three schools in that Chicagoland offers a high school
hoops bananza of talent--True it's not good weather and we have more competitors
within a few hundred miles than do the others, but I can't believe that there
aren't more coaches out there with the proper support that couldn't take us to
the sweet 65--I just don't know who they are
