NU needs to hire a top notch coach from a program that has made it ti at lest the final four and play that person whatever it takes to get him. It can't be a has been either, thinking Donovan or Smith ex-Kentucky now Minnesota. Otherwise you are correct, get out of BB and plunk the money into Men's Lacrosse or some other men's sport where we might have a chance of competing in the near term. Michigan State did it a few years ago (not dumping BB) but rather building a competitive Lacrosse program before dumping it because of Title IX, Baseball is another program that hasn't reached its potential since Fred Lindstrom was the coach.
