I think any school, even Michigan State, would be nuts to go for Barnett, 
a man who has proven that he has a blind eye to players who gamble, 
recruiting violations by his players and coaches, and sexual misconduct 
by his players, and who has also proven that he will take another offer 
at the drop of a hat.

Yes, what he did FOR Northwestern was unforgettable, but what he did to
Northwestern and then to Colorado is, IMHO, unforgiveable.

However, Athletic Directors are far more forgiving than most people,
if that's what it takes to win, so I suspect he'll be prowling the sidelines
again some day.
