You might have to get used to nonconference games in the middle of the Big Ten schedule with the new 12-game schedule.  It seems like most teams are scheduling the 12th game during what would have otherwise been the bye week in the Big Ten schedule.  This weekend would be our bye week, as Big Ten play gets underway for other schools.  Then the other Big Ten teams are playing their 4th non-conf game in the middle of the Big Ten season.  We'll be doing the same next year, but will avoid it in 2008, apparently.
