[NU Sports] No TV

There is an alumni tailgate prior to the game that is surprisingly reasonable, given the usual NU gouging for such things. Several of us have coordinated thru the Rivals board and will be meeting there. You can get tix thru the NU alumni website or probably just walk up to the purple tent on game day.

Unfortunately, there will be a huge motorcycle rally (think Sturges) going on in downtown Reno during that weekend, so not only will there be a ton of Harley revving and smoke everywhere, but all the downtown hotels have been fully booked for quite awhile. Many of us have ended up in the Hampton Inn near the airport for lack of better alternatives.

The casino scene might be a bit biker-heavy on Friday night, probably not as typically folksy as it often is, but still might be fun anyway. More tattoos, I'm sure.
