Whatever the final result--and with a little over 9:00 to go, it looks like an "L" will be posted, down 17-3 and showing little "O"--our defense (sans Roach) has been absolutely magnificent. Stops on 3rd, and 4th down (except for bad spots), turnovers, swarming to the ball, you name it.  I finally have a glimmer of hope for next year, if Bacher learns to look off his primary receiver, and also to deliver the ball sooner--and if we get some pass-blocking.  This is one of our best efforts of the season, so we can't be too upset--especially after last Saturday's debacle.
