[NU Sports] Blocked Punt?

No, just like the notorious Oklahoma-Oregon gaffe can't be recalled, despite
the fact that OU's president called for such a thing.  Not that this
"hypothetical" situation would have made that big of a difference, even if
the punt got off, considering "Team A"'s defense that looked helpless during
the entire "hypothetical second half."

And I believe that the punter doesn't actually call for the snap - the
hypothetical #54 on special teams for "Team A" actually calls the snap
count.  And they were right beside the "Team A" bench, who allowed this
entire event unfold before them without doing anything besides watching the
clock tick down.
