If it scares off a few recruits, maybe that will get some coaching changes made
 
God knows, simple ineptitude in the past has not threatened the jobs of Greg Colby, Jerry Brown, et al
 
If it takes some embarrassing losses to get rid of an incompetent staff, then so be it.
 
A list to start:
 
- Jerry Brown, DB coach - probably the worst-coached DB's in the nation
 
- Greg Colby, DC - author of the nation's worst defense SEVERAL TIMES
 
- Garrick McGee, OC - zero experience as an OC, and no indication that he can do the job
 
- Brett Ingalls, OL coach - Inherited a large, veteran O-line - which can neither pass block nor run block
 
- Eric Washington, DL coach - veteran unit also (24 starts ?) but cannot pressure any QB

Not necessarily.  I think it shows the potential, and more importantly
the need for additional talent.

The Sporting News says that NU is quietly putting together its best
recruiting class in years.
