[NU Sports] Fitz's honeymoon isn't over yet

Gimme a break!

I am as disgusted by our playcalling as anyone, but Fitz is CLEARLY 
still in the honeymoon period.

Fitz was put in such a difficult position and he and his OC are making 
rookie mistakes.

I always have hope for a successful season, but give me one year(at 
NU) where a 1st year starter showed promise(successful season).  If we 
come out of this season with a solid number 1 quarterback we will have 
accomplished a lot.

I doubt a team coached by RW would be in much better position -- see 
1st year BB.

I am disappointed in individuals more than the coaching staff:
* Kevin Mims -- What happened after a super Sun Bowl?  Sophomore slump?
* Marquice Cole -- Hello!  Where are you?
* OL -- I thought that was our one strength.  Maybe BB was covering up 
their deficiencies.
* Nick Roach -- I thought he would have a monster season.  The next 
Napo.

The positive surprises:
* Demterious Eaton -- Wow!
* Sharrick McMannis -- get him in to do a reverse.  It seems he can do 
everything else.
* Terrell Jordan -- survived Tyrell's freshman year and is still 
playing hard.
* Chris Malleo -- turned his play around and got control of his 
temper.  A few quiet, but important plays.
* Run defense -- I do think it is better than last year.
* Penalties -- Our team is playing under control and minimizing the 
stupid penalties.
