To follow up on two of Stephen's always-interesting thoughts:

1) According to the ESPN + announcers, Sutton hurt his shoulder early, and
that's why, at least yesterday, his "touches" were limited. However, there
does not seem to be the same magic chemistry between TS and Fitz that there was
with Coach Walk, who, of course, was himself a running back, and a good one,
from Ohio, who didn't go to tOSU. And I agree that I'd rather ride
TS--assuming he is relatively healthy--than Brewer. One is a proven thoroughbred,
the other simply unproven.

2) Something special may be happening at, of all places, Indiana.
Watching(on ESPN 2) their players celebrate in the stands and on the field with their
fans--and with Coach Hoeppner's recovery from his serious brain surgery--you
can see a program building and a commitment to football competitiveness that
hasn't been present in many, many years in Bloomington. They probably will
get crushed by the Buckeyes this week, only because the Bucks are doing that
to everyone, but IU, at least for now, is no longer a "patsy" and missing them
on the schedule this year is not missing the "gimme" it was in the past. I
would rather have Minny right now at Ryan than IU.
