Never thought I'd say it, but I agree (though I did
not boo - still seems odd to do that at a college game
to your home team). The coaches are fair game to boo
and today ours just did not do the job.

And we set up a fake-draw pass to the TE so well ...
but we never thought of faking the QB draw nor do we
seem to have a TE.

Definitely - with the top two teams in America left on
the schedule, bowl dreams are long gone. So let's let
the kid try. If he throws a pick or two, at least he
threw.

No doubt we had a chance despite Purdue's big yardage
- if I were on the D or a wideout, I'd be frustrated
too that we didn't try.

Could be - with a game at Columbus left, he can't lose
to Iowa or anywhere else to make a bowl and no bowl
trip at all would probably be even worse for Minny
fans than the perennial trips to Nashville and El
Paso. But if they get to 6-6, I don't think they'll be
left out since the Big Ten will likely have two BCS
teams this year and six ... maybe seven bowl-eligible
teams, so there will be plenty of spots.

I believe we can beat MSU and Illinois at home ... but
only if we TRY, and that's directed more at the
coaches than players (though maybe some at the
O-line).
