Well if Joe gets offers from the Cubs , Nats and Yankees, which would he pick 
? 

The Yankees would come with more money, very high exposure, an opportunity to 
manage the most storied franchise in the history of baseball, and a chance to 
win the World Series pretty quickly.  The downsides would be working for 
another  crazy ego-maniac, a pressure cooker in NYC, and no cushion for rebuilding 
time. 

 A Cubs offer would  come with the team he played the most, near his hometown 
(and NU), an opprotunity to be real hero in Chicago if he just makes it to 
the Series at some point.

The Nats would only offer him less pressure in DC and probably very little 
downside if the Nats didn't fare well.
