Because ESPN forces the ISP to pay a fee for every subscriber, whether they
watch ESPN360 (or even knows that it exists) or not.  And eventually if they
get enough people to fill out that form and call their ISPs then they'll
pony up.  And everyone's service rates will increase.

Of course they could make the cash now if they put it on GamePlan and well
all dished out the cash for the game.

Doesn't make sense, but welcome to corporate America, I suppose.
