[NU Sports] TV for Wisconsin Game

This is brain-dead. I get the stupid ESPN360 ISP pop-up as well, and I'm
trying to access the page from the Northwestern on-campus network. Is
Northwestern University supposed to pay ESPN some fee for the "privilege"
of using a crappy internet video feed to watch our own football team
playing football this weekend?
I can see that old people who don't understand the internet might try to
convince ISPs to pay for a service that ISP subscribers don't really want,
but why restrict Universities? Even an internet-ignorant old person (like
those running ESPN) should be able to figure this out.
