[NU Sports] TV for Wisconsin Game

Refer to the NU game notes, found here:

It states that the game will be on ESPN360 to a "worldwide internet
audience," which infers that any ISP will be able to access the game.  I
don't know if this is the case and it will probably require some
clarification.  Note that there is some pre-recorded ESPN360 content
available to anyone regardless of ISP (which I just tested).
