[NU Sports] TV for Wisconsin Game

It looks like the "all access" periods are not for certain programs but rather for certain promotional time periods.  I doubt this weekend, the middle football season, will be an "all access" period.  But the irony of it is that there's little reason to promote the service given that there's very little an individual user can do to get it.  Either your ISP subscribes to it or they don't.  Apparently, none of the major Chicago ISPs subscribe.

I don't really understand the logic behind this, but it seems to be the way it goes with ESPN lately.
