[NU Sports] TV for Wisconsin Game

The Big Ten has announced the TV schedule for this week's games only
(10/07):

The Northwestern at Wisconsin game is listed as ESPN360.  Apparently this is
an internet-only TV feed that is available only if your ISP is a partner
(none of the big Chicago providers, Comcast and AT&T DSL, are on the list).
The game is also not on the list of games available on GamePlan this week
(which I would not mind purchasing if the game was on it).

Does anyone have details on how to get the game on TV/internet, or if it is
even possible?
