[NU Sports] What's in a million? (fwd)

Barry's downfall was a long list of marginal recruiting violations and the loss
of that recruiting system that found great running backs in small towns in East
Texas.

The scandal with Larry Lacewell's wife led to the loss of his recruiting
coordinator, right about the time I was working at KGOU in Norman. This was back
when most folks didn't have a full time RC - Barry, at OU did.

Anyway, Barry committed the cardinal sin at OU - he lost too many games, and was
stuck in a formation that folks finally figured out how to defend and that
tailbacks didn't want to run in.

You see Barry's wishbone required tailbacks to really block when they were the
other deep back in the 'bone, and it actually required more than one top
tailback or the whole thing broke down.

Anyway, another OU joke, 3 OU linemen were out in the woods when a naked women
jumped out of the bushes and yell, "I'm game."

So they shot her.
