[NU Sports] SC Game

I went to the ND-SC game.  While I can appreciate the disdain that so 
many members of this list have for Notre Dame,  I can tell you without 
hesitation that SC is just as much, if not more, of an evil empire as 
Notre Dame.  Their fans are obnoxious, and most of them are 
front-running rednecks who have no affiliation whatsoever with the 
institution.  Living in Chicago and dealing with the Notre Dame 
publicity cannot be worse than living in L.A. and having to put up with 
the boorish behavior of the SC clowns.  You know how lots of fans like 
to wear jerseys to the games, right?  Well, you can go to any SC game 
here and see a number of "fans" who actually wear SC number 32 jerseys 
that have the name "Simpson" on the back.  And, I'm not just talking 
about African-Americans who may have supported Simpson.  I'm talking 
about all sorts of fools of every ethnic persuasion.  I'm telling you, 
SC is one bad place.  And, I'm certain we could add Ohio State to the 
list, too.  I'm already calling a potential Ohio State-SC title game the 
Bowl from Hell.
