>From what I can gather from the Box Score: [and Terry Bannon's coverage in the
Trib]

Coble and Moore came out shooting in the 2nd half - Coble had 7 points in the
first 3:24, Moore had all of his 10 points in the 2nd half also. Coble looks
like the shooter that Carmody is always seeking.

After a horrible first half shooting, [26.9% from the floor, 10% from the arc]
the Cats got the numbers up to 57.9% and 42.9%. Had they shot that way in the
first half, the game would not have been close.

Sterling Williams scored 8 - but his 3 for 8 from the floor needs work.

Jason O had 5 points off the bench, Jeff Ryan also picked up 4.

Carmody has hinted that Moore had a little trouble adjusting to the added
pressure of his second year in the Big 10. In some ways he's a marked man and
until Coble really fires up and gets going, he [along with Doyle] are expected
to lead the team out of the woods this year, or so I gather from various things
I've heard.

The next two games, Stanford and Craig Robinson's Brown, should be verrrry
interesting.
